This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which Ministry of Sauce accepts product returns and exchanges for domestic orders within India.
We aim to offer a seamless experience while maintaining the highest quality standards for every product.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: innerwear, socks, and accessories.

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Request: Contact us at support@ministryofsauce.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Pickup: A reverse pickup will be arranged by Ministry of Sauce through our logistics partner.
Inspection: All returned items undergo quality checks upon receipt.
Refund/Exchange: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. Exchanges are shipped promptly thereafter.

4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Verified cases qualify for a full refund or replacement, with shipping costs covered by us.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & CHARGES

Return pickups for eligible orders within India are free of cost.
Customers are not required to self-ship returns unless instructed.

6. REJECTION CONDITIONS

A return or exchange request may be rejected if:

The product shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
Tags or packaging are missing.
The item falls under the “non-returnable” category.

7. REFUND TIMELINES

Refunds are initiated within 5 working days after quality approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
